At Always Alice, we want you to love your fashion finds; if something isn't quite right, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
